BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff's Department reported the following activity Oct. 5-14.
An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.
Oct. 6
Scott E. Brockelbank, 57, of Winterport, was issued a summons for violating a protection from abuse order on Dodge Road in Jackson.
Oct. 9
Robert J. Sears, 29, of Bangor, was issued a summons for operating after revocation on Route 202 in Knox.
Herbert L. Staples, 27, of Belfast, was issued a summons for operating after suspension on Route 3 in Belmont.
