BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Department reported the following activity Sept. 27 - Oct. 8.
An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.
Sept. 28
Emily M. Russell, 27, of Belfast, was issued a summons for attaching false plates on Belfast Road in Lincolnville.
Sept. 30
Dustyn Wood, 31, of Brooks, was issued summonses for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and violating conditions of release on Kendall Corner Road in Waldo.
