BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Department reported the following activity July 30 - Aug. 16. 

An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named. 

July 30

Skylar J. Perkins, 21, of Swanville, was issued a summons for operating under the influence on Route 141 in Swanville. 

Aug. 4

Devon Palmer, 25, of Lincolnville, was issued a summons for criminal trespass on Mart Street in Lincolnville.

Aug. 5

Shelly L. Wilbur, 58, of Frankfort, was issued a summons for violation of a protection order on West Hill Road in Frankfort. 

Aug. 10

James E. Chamberlain Jr., 24, of Palermo, was issued a summons for violation of a condition of release on Parmenter Road in Palermo.

Aug. 13

Michael Mercer, 61, of Searsport, was issued a summons for illegal attachment of plates on Route 1A in Prospect. 

Katrina Peterson, 42, of Winterport, was issued a summons for operating under the influence on Route 1A in Frankfort. 

Aug. 14

Allyson Bergeron, 25, of Westbrook, was arrested for domestic violence assault in Prospect.
