BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity Feb. 5 - March 3.
An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.
Jan. 8 (late entry)
Emma M. Clark, 21, of Brewer, was arrested for operating under the influence on Monroe Road in Winterport.
Feb. 5
Michael Embry, 58, of Brooks, was arrested for violating a protection order on Stage Coach Road in Brooks.
Feb. 9
John Hines, 49, of Swanville, was arrested for domestic violence terrorizing, disorderly conduct, and violating a condition of release on Stevens Road in Swanville.
Joe Potter, 34, of Monroe, was issued a summons for operating after suspension on Veterans Highway in Brooks.
Feb. 13
Tyler J. Juszkiewicz, 29, of Winterport, was issued a summons for attaching false plates on Curtis Road in Swanville.
Feb. 26
Nicole MacMillan, 28, of Winthrop, was arrested for operating under the influence in Searsmont.
Feb. 28
Jerome A. Reynolds Jr., 29, of Liberty, was issued a summons for violating a condition of release on Belfast Augusta Road in Searsmont.
Gabrian Goudet, 34, of Lincolnville, was arrested for operating under the influence on Lincolnville Ave in Lincolnville.
