BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity Nov. 4-13.

An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.

Nov. 4

Albert M. Cavin, 40, of Swanville, was arrested for gross sexual assault, stemming from an incident on Brook Road in Swanville Sept. 27.

Nov. 5

Amy Feener, 41, of Monroe, was arrested for operating after revocation and unlawful possession of a schedule W drug on Swan Lake Ave.

Daniel D. Flood, 51, of Windsor, was arrested for refusing to submit to arrest or detention and failure to provide correct name, address, or date-of-birth in Thorndike. 

Nov. 8

Christopher J. McKee, 48, of Camden, was arrested for violating a protection from abuse order on Magog Road in Searsmont.
