BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Office reported the following activity Oct. 5-22.

An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.

Oct. 5

Seth M. Hall, 31, of Winterport, was arrested for violating a condition of release on Lebanon Road in Winterport. 

Oct. 15

Scott Wiseman, 29, of Morrill, was arrested for domestic violence assault, refusing to submit to arrest or detention, and violating a condition of release on Doolan Ave. in Morrill. 

Oct. 21

John T. Hines, 59, of Swanville, was arrested for operating under the influence on Swan Lake Ave.
