BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Department reported the following activity Jan. 17-31.

An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.

Dec. 8 (late entry)

Jake Pilsbury, 51, was issued a summons for criminal trespass on Fenwick Road in Belmont, stemming from an incident Oct. 31. 

Dec. 22 (late entry)

Steven A. Kennedy, 44, of Winterport, was issued a summons for theft of services. 

Jan. 17

Terri L. Boulier, 47, of Unity, was arrested for operating under the influence and unlawful possession of a schedule W drug on E. Thorndike Road in Thorndike.

Jan. 20

Michael Carter, 42, of Frankfort, was arrested for violating a protection order in Winterport.
