BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Department reported the following activity Dec. 14-30.

An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.

Dec. 14

Stephen A. Smith, 35, of Brooks, was issued a summons for attaching false plates on N. Palermo Road in Palermo. 

Robert E. Nichols, 38, of Waterville, was issued summonses for operating under the influence and operating after suspension on Waldo Station Road in Waldo. 

Dec. 24

Edmund T. Stevens, 47, of Swanville, was issued a summons fir domestic violence assault in Swanville. 

Dec. 26

Dakota Moody, 22, of Frankfort, was issued summonses for a threatening display of a weapon, criminal threatening on Seabreeze Lane in Winterport.

Dec. 28

Ryan Tyler, 31, of Swanville, was arrested for domestic violence assault on Johnson Lane in Swanville. 

Dec. 29

Neil Warren, 35, of Swanville, was arrested for violating a condition of release, operating after revocation, and improper plates on Loggin Road in Frankfort.
