BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Department reported the following activity Dec. 1-20.

An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.

Dec. 1

Allan M. Hurd, 37, of Liberty, was issued a summons for unlawful possession of a schedule W drug on Morse Road in Montville.

Dec. 5

Dakota Davis, 32, of Liberty, was issued a summons for unlawful possession of a scheduled drug on Route 3 in Belfast.

Dec. 12

Eric J. Cushman, 24, of Belmont, was arrested for disorderly conduct on Lincolnville Road in Belmont.

Dec. 14

Spencer B. Remos, 18, of Worcester, Massachusetts, was issued a summons for operating without a license on Augusta Road in Morrill.

Dec. 18

Jessica Emerson, 39, of Frankfort, was issued a summons for operating under the influence on Route 1 in Prospect.
