BELFAST The Waldo County Sheriff’s Department reported the following activity Nov. 19-30. 

An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.

Nov. 19

Shawn Kelley, 35 of Unity, was arrested for violating a condition of release on Clark Road in Unity. 

Nov. 23

Michelle L. Ludden, 42, of Jackson, was issued summonses for violating a condition of release, operating a motor vehicle with expired temporary plates (150+ days), and operating after suspension on Belfast Road in Knox.

Nov. 27

John Ronayne, 18, of Frankfort, was arrested for violating a condition of release in Frankfort. 

Nov. 26

Mykel R. Rogers, 20, of Union, was issued a summons for violating a condition of release on Poors Mill Road in Belfast.

Nov. 28

Ben Christiansen, 34, of Brewer, was arrested for operating under the influence on Acadia Highway in Montville. 

Michael R. Thompson, 29, of Stockton Springs, was issued a summons for operating after suspension on Doak Road in Belfast.
