BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Department reported the following activity Oct. 16-30.
An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.
Oct. 17
Jere L. Waterman, 51, of Belmont, was issued summonses for operating after suspension and violating a condition of release on Fairgrounds Road in Belfast.
Oct. 23
Austin C. Podziewski, 36, of Thomaston, was issued a summons for trafficking in prison contraband on Public Safety Way in Belfast.
Oct. 26
Darren J. Labbe, 57, of Brooks, was issued a summons for harassment on Monroe Highway in Brooks, stemming from an incident Aug. 22.
Oct. 29
Elizabeth A. Andrew-Lane, 61, of Northport, was issued a summons for leaving the scene of an accident on Belfast Road in Northport.
