    BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Department reported the following activity Sept. 5-15. 

    An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.

    July 30 (late entries)

    Thomas Thomas II, 47, of Thorndike, was arrested for possession of schedule W drugs and violating a condition of release in Thorndike.

    Victoria Burns, 35, of Appleton, was arrested for possession of a schedule W drug, falsifying physical evidence, and violating a condition of release in Thorndike. 

    Aug. 9 (late entry)

    Philip Nickerson, 36, of Stockton Springs, was issued summonses for operating without a license and operating under the influence on Pout Town Road in Stockton Springs. 

    Sept. 7

    Natasha Beckett, 37, of Knox, was arrested for operating under the influence on Short Road in Unity.

    Kevin M. Kinnwy, 31, of Knox, was issued a summons for operating after revocation on Webb Road in Knox. 

    Sept. 8

    Edward T. Dilling, 31, of Winterport, was arrested for domestic violence assault on Blind Owl Lane in Winterport. 

    Alic S. Flagg, 19, of Searsport, was issued a summons for operating after revocation on Rote 139 in Winterport. 

    Richard Ferguson, 32, of Swanville, was issued summonses for operating without a license and attaching false plates on N. Searsport Road in Frankfort. 

    Sept. 9

    Francis Richardson, 27, of Morrill, was arrested for violation of a protection from abuse order and domestic violence terrorizing on Higgins Hill Road in Morrill.

    Cameron Boobar, 19, of Maxfield, was arrested for operating after suspension, driving to endanger, eluding an officer, and criminal speeding on Boston Road in Winterport.
