BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Department reported the following activity Aug. 17-31.
An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.
Aug. 17
Chasity Keizer, 42, of Owls Head, was issued summonses for attaching false plates and operating after suspension on Route 1 in Northport.
Aug. 19
Crystal Philbrook, 40, of Monroe, was issued summonses for forgery, violating a condition of release, and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Chandler Road in Swanville.
Aug. 22
Bret Reid, 40, of Monroe, was arrested for refusing to submit to arrest or detention with use of physical force, violating a condition of release, and domestic violence assault on Route 139 in Monroe.
Aug. 24
Edmund Stevens, 46, of Swanville, was arrested for domestic violence assault on Bings Blvd. in Swanville.
Adam Flood, 40, of Searsmont, was issued a summons for driving to endanger on Trues Pond Road in Montville.
Aug. 28
Stephen Larrabee, 47, of Brooks, was issued summonses for three counts of violating a condition of release and operating after suspension on Payson Road in Brooks.
Christina M. Reid, 27, of Palermo, was arrested for operating under the influence on Level Hill Road in Palermo.
Aug. 31
Tyler Ginn, 26, of Frankfort, was arrested for violating a condition of release in Winterport.
