BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Waldo County Unified Court April 1-7.

Thomas P. Cross, 38, of Belfast, domestic violence assault in Belfast Dec. 24, 2024, dismissed; disorderly conduct (offensive words/gestures) in Belfast Dec. 24, 2024, two days in jail; domestic violence aggravated assault in Belfast July 31, dismissed; domestic violence terrorizing in Belfast July 31, dismissed; violating a condition of release in Belfast July 31, dismissed; disorderly conduct (offensive words/gestures) in Belfast July 31, two days in jail. 

Philip J. Dulude, 57, of Belfast, disorderly conduct (offensive words/gestures) in Swanville May 14, unconditional discharge. 

Michael W. Bailey, 42, of Camden, operating after habitual offender revocation in Belfast July 1, 18 months in prison, two years of probation, and $1,000 fine; operating under the influence in Belfast July 1, 30 days in jail, license suspended for three years, registration suspended, and $700 fine; failing to notify of a motor vehicle accident in Belfast July 1, 30 days in jail; assault in Belfast July 1, 30 days in jail and $300 fine; violating a condition of release in Belfast March 6, 48 hours in jail. 

Izaiah E. Cooper, 27, of New York, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs in Searsport July 17, dismissed. 

Donny N. Palmer, 40, of Burnham, domestic violence assault in Burnham Sept. 28, dismissed; assault in Burnham Sept. 28, $300 fine.
