Jesse W. Reed, 42, of Sangerville, probation violation in Knox April 11, 2021, 21 days in jail and probation partially revoked.
Isaac C. Stapp, 25, of Winslow, motor vehicle speeding 30+ mph over the speed limit in Morrill Aug. 18, 2024, dismissed; operating a vehicle without a license in Morrill Aug. 18, 2024, dismissed.
Jonathan Ward, 49, of Belfast, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Belfast Aug. 14, 2024, $300 fine and $554.05 restitution; forgery in Belfast Aug. 14, 2024, $300 fine.
David M. Roberts, 41, of Belfast, operating after habitual offender revocation in Belfast April 10, 2025, 45 days in jail and $500 fine.
Seth M. Hall, 32, of Winterport, domestic violence assault in Winterport July 12, 2025, dismissed.
Dakota L. Green, 32, of Washington, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Belmont July 9, 2025, nine months in jail with all suspended, one year of probation, and $400 fine; unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Belmont July 9, 2025, $400 fine; unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Searsmont Dec. 31, 48 hours in jail and $400 fine; unlawful possession of fentanyl powder in Searsmont Dec. 31, dismissed; violating a condition of release in Searsmont Dec. 31, 48 hours in jail; violating a condition of release in Belfast April 18, 48 hours in jail.
Kenneth A. Moores, 45, of Swanville, domestic violence assault in Swanville Dec. 30, dismissed; domestic violence terrorizing in Swanville Nov. 25, dismissed.
Jonas J. Stone, 28, of Cushing, reckless conduct in Belfast March 14, dismissed.
Rand Botting, 65, of Glenburn, violating a protective order in Glenburn March 31, $500 fine.
Robert Drinkwater, 60, of Farmington, failing to comply with the Sex Offender Registry Act in Northport May 4, 14 days in jail.
Duane H. Lahaye, 63, of Jackson, four counts of terrorizing in Jackson June 24, all dismissed; threatening display of a weapon in Jackson June 24, dismissed; disorderly conduct (offensive words/gestures) in Jackson June 24, dismissed.
Nicolas J. Goguen, 40, of Waldo, indecent conduct in Belfast July 9, seven days in jail; refusing to submit to arrest or detention with physical force in Belfast July 15, three days in jail; violating a condition of release in Belfast July 15, three days in jail.
