Thursday, April 09, 2026 - 08:30 am to 10:00 amThe Rockland Harbor Trail Committee invites everyone to join them on Thursday, April 9, for their next Discover the Trail adventure. Led by local birder Kate Doiron, the committee will host a bird walk. “The Rockland Harbor trail has so much to offer both locals and visitors of all ages,” said Harbor Trail Committee Co-Chair Annette Naegel. “We are excited to host the first in our series of Discover the Trail adventures this season with Friends of Maine Seabirds to highlight the ducks and birds in our harbor.”

As this walk is in partnership with the Friends of the Maine Coastal Islands National Wildlife Refuge, it will end with a quick tour of their Visitor Center at 9 Water Street in Rockland.
This walk is free and open to the public, but space is limited. To sign up, please email rocklandharbortrail@gmail.com.
