Maine State Police Troop D blotter

    AUGUSTA — Maine State Police Troop D reported the following activity July 5-11. Troop D is responsible for Maine's Midcoast, including Sagadahoc, Lincoln, Waldo, and Knox counties, the southern half of Kennebec County, and part of northern Cumberland County. The troop also patrols Interstate 295, from Brunswick to Gardiner. The troop's complement includes a lieutenant, three sergeants, 25 troopers, and a secretary. 

    An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles age 17-or-younger are not named.

    July 8

    Michael Pass, 40, of Durham, was arrested for operating under the influence and violating a condition of release on I-295 in West Gardiner. 

    July 9

    Jessica Shaughnessy, 34, of Sabattus, was issued a summons for operating after suspension in Phippsburg. 

    Joshua Eugley, 24, of Windsor, was arrested for failure to appear. 

    Miranda Pease, 35, was arrested for operating under the influence in Windsor. 

    Thomas Hood, 24, of China, was arrested for operating under the influence, leaving the scene of a personal injury crash, and failure to report a crash by the quickest means. 

    Zebediah Maker, 36, of Liberty, was arrested for unlawful possession of a firearm by a prohibited person and violating a condition of release. 

    July 10

    Karin Hall-Gorman, 54, was issued a summons for operating with an expired license on Route 1 in Brunswick. 

    July 11

    Kevin Michaud, 58, of China, was arrested for assault and unlawful sexual touching in Waldo County.
