Belfast Police beat
BELFAST — Belfast Police reported the following activity Sept. 22 - Oct. 9.
An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.
Sept. 22
James F. Moore, 71, of Belfast, was arrested for obstructing the report of a crime or injury on Wight Street.
Sept. 28
Nicole Wyman, 44, of Plymouth, was arrested for unlawful trafficking of schedule W drugs, and two counts of unlawful possession of scheduled drugs on Waldo Ave.
Daniel M. Esterjohn, 77, of Columbia, Maryland, was issued a summons for leaving the scene of an accident on Wonderview Circle.
Sept. 30
Maria Lepage, 23, of Belfast, was arrested for domestic violence assault on Piper Stream Road.
Oct. 5
Matthew Digioia, 37, of Lincolnville, was arrested for operating under the influence on Belmont Ave.
Oct. 7
Justin Bent, 38, of Belfast, was arrested for possession of a scheduled W drug, possession of a schedule X drug, and violating a condition of release on Daniel Drive.
Erik Thompson, 45, of Belfast, was arrested for three counts of possession of a schedule W drug on Daniel Drive.
