BELFAST — Belfast Police reported the following activity Sept. 19-19.
An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.
Sept. 19
Troy Applegate, 47, of Monroe, was issued a summons for operating after suspension on Mill Lane.
Sept. 21
Cody Lewis, 26, of Freedom, was arrested for unpaid restitution.
Sept. 29
Laura Walton, 37, of Swanville, was issued summonses for attaching false plates and failure to give correct name, address, or date of birth on High Street.
