BELFAST —Belfast Police reported the following activity Feb. 19-28.
An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.
Feb. 20
Zacharia W. Herbest, 30, of Belfast, was issued summonses for operating without a license on Belmont Ave.
Feb. 23
Christopher O’Brien, 39, of Belfast, was arrested for domestic violence assault on Swan Lake Ave.
Feb. 26
Christopher Herrick, 41, of Belfast, was issued a summons for possessing a scheduled drug, violating conditions of release on Route 3.
