Belfast Police beat
BELFAST Belfast Police reported the following activity Oct. 1-8.
An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.
Oct. 1
Michael Babineau, 28, was issued a summons for violating a condition of release on Northport Ave.
Oct. 3
Zacahriah W. Bormet, 23, of Belmont, was arrested for leaving the scene of a property damage accident and failure to give notice of an accident by the quickest means on Belmont Ave.
Thomas Sullivan, 62, of Searsport, was issued a summons for operating after suspension on Route 1.
Oct. 5
Hector Bohan, 33, of Wiscasset, was arrested for violating a condition of release, operating after suspension, failure to give correct name to law enforcement, and refusing to submit to arrest or detention on Belmont Ave.
Oct. 7
Stuart R. Macleod, 60, of Belfast, was arrested for assault on Ryan Road.
