    BELFAST — Belfast Police reported the following activity Aug. 24 - Sept. 20. 

    An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.

    Aug. 24 

    Chandler Wilson, 46, of Bucksport, was issued summonses for forgery, violating a condition of release, and receiving stolen property on Belmont Ave. 

    Sept. 5

    Nancy Harvey, 54, of Belfast, was issued a summons for domestic violence assault on Back Belmont Road.

    Sept. 8

    Gage Bowman, 23, of Belfast, was issued summonses for violating a condition of release and operating after suspension on Route 1. 

    Sept. 16

    Benjamin Watts, 21, of Belfast, was arrested for disorderly conduct and criminal trespass on Front Street. 

    Sept. 18

    Beth A. Patten, 57, of Belfast, was issued a summons for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Starrett Drive. 

    Sept. 19

    Elizabeth A. Rice, 23, of Swanville, was arrested for operating under the influence  and violating a condition of release on Route 1.
