Belfast Police beat
BELFAST — Belfast Police reported two traffic infractions July 8 - Aug. 4, one each for failure to stop at a stop sign, and operating a motor vehicle with an expired license. In addition to two traffic infractions, the following activity was reported.
An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.
July 8
James S. Ritter, 18, of Northport, was issued a summons for illegal transportation of liquor by a minor on High Street.
July 25
Rose Rose, 53, of Palermo, was arrested for two counts of violating a condition of release, criminal trespass, and assault on an officer on Main Street.
Joshua Kimball, 23, was arrested for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and violating a condition of release on Miller Street.
July 29
Rose Rose, 52, was issued summonses for criminal trespass and violating a condition of release on Belmont Ave.
