BELFAST — Belfast Police reported the following activity Jan. 3-15. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt. 

Jan. 3

Brenda L. Brown, 63, of Belfast, was issued a summons for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Main Street. 

Jan. 5

Michael W. Bowden, 61, of Waldo, was issued a summons for an inspection sticker violation on Vine Street. 

Jan. 6

Patricia Burleigh, 71, of Swanville, was issued a summons for failure to stop at a stop sign on Church Street. 

Michael McKeown, 76, of Rockport, was issued a summons for failure to stop at a stop sign on Church Street. 

Dawn LaValley, 57, was arrested for criminal trespass on Northport Ave. 

Jan. 8

John Paul Lewis, 66, of Islesboro, was issued a summons for failure to stop at a stop sign on Church Street. 

Crystal B. Cunningham, 29, of Searsport, was issued summonses for unlawful possession of a schedule W drug, operating after suspension, failure to register a vehicle, and violating conditions of release on Swan Lake Ave. 

Jan. 10

Travis M. Smith, 38, of Swanville, was issued a summons for operating after suspension on Route 1. 

Jan. 11

Nicholas G. Philbrick, 24, of Frankfort, was arrested for failure to appear. 

Karla M. Richardson, 33, of Brooks, was issued a summons for speeding 39 mph in a 25 mph zone on Waldo Ave. 

Jan. 12

Michael Paquin, 51, of Belfast, was arrested for violating a condition of release on Waldo Ave. 

Philip Dulude, 52, of Belfast, was arrested for violating a condition of release on Patterson Hill Road. 

Jan. 13

Chase R. McIntire, 24, of Belfast, was issued a summons for criminal speed on Poors Mill Road. 

Jan. 14

Michaela A. Hall, 27, of Montville, was issued a summons for operating after suspension on Starrett Drive. 

Tyler Crawford, 26, of South Thomaston, was issued a summons for an inspection sticker violation.
