William Almand, 22, of Portland, operating under the influence (alcohol) in Rockland May 24, 2025; driving to endanger in Rockland Mary 24, 2025, $575 fine, license suspended 30 days.

Dina Amsel, 53, of Falmouth, assault in Camden Aug. 21, 2024, dismissed.  

Megan F. Auger, 32, of West Paris, violating condition of release in Rockport March 28, 2022, 72 hours in jail; theft by unauthorized use of property in Owls Head  April 9, 2022, 72 hours in jail, restitution of $2,500.

Joshua Benner, 37, of Rockland, probation violation on original conviction of domestic violence assault in Rockland Dec. 14, 2023, six months in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued.

Travis Brewer, 37, of Nobleboro, unlawful use of bait in artificial lure only water in Camden Dec. 28, 2025, $100 fine.

Ralph Lloyd Burridge, 64, of Union, unauthorized possession of firearm in courthouse in Rockland Feb. 10, 2025, dismissed.

Abdoul A. Goulan, 43, of Westbrook, operating while license suspended or revoked in Washington March 14, 2025, dismissed.

Laurie Hunt, 63, of Rockland, operating under the influence (alcohol), no test, in Rockland June 7, 2025, dismissed; driving to endanger in Rockland June 6, 2025, $575 fine all suspended, license suspended 30 days.

Arthur H. Kee III, 65, of Waldoboro, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Warren Aug. 23, 2024 in Warren, two days in jail, restitution of $3.98.

Autumn Kirkpatrick, 21, of Washington, operating under the influence (alcohol) in Rockland Aug. 2, 2025, dismissed.

Spencer Longobardi, 25, of St. George, operating under the influence (alcohol) in Rockland Sept. 14, 2025, $500 fine, license suspended 150 days; unlawful possession of scheduled drug in Rockland Sept. 14, 2025, $400 fine.

Devin George Meklin, 30, of Cushing, unlawful possession of scheduled drug in Rockland Feb. 17, 2026, $400 fine.

Michael J. Phillips, 45, of  New York City, aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs, two counts, and illegal possession of a firearm all in St. George Oct. 2, 2025,  dismissed due to charges being filed by the federal government in U.S. District Court in Portland.

Heather R. Harper Ripley, 40, of Friendship, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Rockland Jan. 27, 2025, dismissed.

Lucas J. Scarsciotti, 36, of Dover, H.H., operating while license suspended or revoked (operating under the influence) in Rockland April 13, 2025, $600 fine all suspended, seven days in jail, license suspended one year.

Amanda Thurston, 37, of Morrill, unlawful possession of scheduled drug, two counts, in Rockland Oct. 10, 2024, $800 in total fines, 72 hours jail; violating condition of release in Rockland Oct. 10, 2024, 72 hours jail.

Tilford Tillman, 29, of Pawtucket, R.I., operating under the influence (alcohol) in Rockland July 16, 2025, $500 fine, four days in jail, license suspended 150 days; refusing to submit to arrest or detention, physical force, in Rockland July 16, 2025, four days in jail; driving to endanger in Rockland July 16, 2025, $575 fine, four days in jail, license suspended 30 days; failing to notify of motor vehicle accident and failure to make oral or written accident report both in Rockland July 16, 2025, 48 hours in jail.

Michael Lee Whitten, 53, of South Thomaston, violating condition of release in Rockland Oct. 8, 2025, $500 fine.
