BELFAST — The following cases were closed in Waldo County Unified Court Feb. 18-24.
Lonnie J. Henry, 59, of Burnham, theft by unauthorized use of property in Burnham Oct. 2, 2022, 48 hours in jail.
Donald Chandler, 42, of Skowhegan, operating after habitual offender revocation in Liberty Aug. 2, 2024, five years in prison and $1,000 fine.
Sean Floyd, 59, of Swanville, disorderly conduct (offensive words/gestures) in Belfast Aug. 27, 2024, dismissed.
Daniel L. Drnec, 26, of Hagerstown, Maryland, operating under the influence in Belfast Sept. 28, 2024, dismissed.
Arthur A. Morin Jr., 49, of Dixmont, operating under the influence in Unity Jan. 1, 2025, license suspended for 150 days and $500 fine; failing to stop for an officer in Unity Jan. 1, 2025, $250 fine.
Conrad Olin, 59, of Fairfield, operating under the influence in Liberty June 16, license suspended for 150 days and $500 fine.
Justin Landers, 23, of Monroe, operating under the influence in Unity Oct. 20, 2024, 10 days in jail, license suspended for three years, and $700 fine.
Timothy G. Daley Jr., 44, of Frankfort, attaching false plates in Belfast April 29, $150 fine.
Candy S. Duprey, 37, of Frankfort, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug in Knox July 26, 364 days in jail with all but 24 hours suspended, one year of probation, and $400 fine; violating a condition of release in Knox July 26, 24 hours in jail.
Clinton Elwell, 44, of Brooks, forgery in Brooks May 14, $750 fine; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in Brooks May 14, $750 fine and $775 restitution.
Aidan Hartung, 22, of Stockton Springs, operating under the influence in Stockton Springs Sept. 27, license suspended for 150 days and $500 fine; operating a vehicle without a license (beyond condition/restriction) in Stockton Springs Sept. 17, $150 fine.
Ira Bailey, 43, of Searsmont, violating a protection from abuse order in Belfast May 15, unconditional discharge.
Gail Curtis, 41, of Belfast, unlawful possession of methamphetamine in Morrill July 24, dismissed.
Nathan K. Glidden, 32, of Winterport, operating under the influence in Winterport Nov. 10, 48 hours in jail, license suspended for 150 days, and $500 fine.
Ray E. Hubbard, 65, of Unity, domestic violence assault in Unity Dec. 8, dismissed; cruelty to animals in Unity Dec. 8, unconditional discharge.
Joseph A. Balla, 33, of Poland, operating after habitual offender revocation in Belfast Dec. 14, 30 days in jail and $500 fine.
Cole Pinkerton, 23, of Brooks, assault in Belfast Jan. 25, dismissed; disorderly conduct (offensive words/gestures) in Belfast Jan. 25, $300 fine.
Shawn Connors, 24, of Searsport, attaching false plates in Belfast Nov. 8, $200 fine.
Aaron Garvey, 46, of Thorndike, failing to make an oral or written accident report in Jackson Dec. 25, $100 fine.
Robert Cushman III, 35, of Belmont, refusing to submit to arrest or detention with physical force in Belmont Feb. 21, five days in jail.
Scott C. Wallace, 57, of Winterport, placing bait to entice deer in Winterport Nov. 15, $500 fine.
James W. Hall, 67, of Stockton Springs, allowing a dog to be at large in Searsport Dec. 18, $50 fine.
