BELFAST — Belfast Police reported the following activity Oct. 2-8. An arrest or summons does not imply guilt. 

Oct. 3

Kurt J. Damon Jr., 31, of Stockton Springs, was arrested for violation of a protection from abuse order on Searsport Ave. 

Oct. 4

Christine Kiley, 59, of Belfast, was issued a summons for speeding 54 mph in a 40 mph zone on Route 1. 

Rya Landwehr, 31, of Camden, was issued summonses for (two counts of) assault on an emergency medical care provider and criminal mischief on Northport Ave. 

Oct. 5

Joseph N. Levesque, 40, of Van Buren, was issued summonses for attachments of false plates, violating a condition of release, and operating after suspension on Main Street.
