Great Salt Bay tops Medomak in middle school boys soccer exhibition

WALDOBORO — In an exhibition contest on Monday, Sept. 24, the Great Salt Bay middle school boys soccer team collected a 5-2 victory over Medomak.
Medomak’s next contest will come on Wednesday, Sept. 26 at home against Oceanside.

In the Monday exhibition, Will Cheesman scored twice for the Riverhawks. Names of those scoring for Great Salt Bay were not available.
Medomak head coach Jackson Fortin noted Zan Nyguen, Isaac Swain and Kevin Sincyr made key contributions for the Medomak offense, while Finn Parmley, Blake Morrison and Donovan Sidelinger made key defensive contributions.
