    BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Department reported the following activity Nov. 27 - Dec. 10.

    An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.

    Nov. 28

    Riley Parker, 18, of Frankfort, was issued a summons for theft on Coles Corner in Winterport.

    Nov. 30

    Tyler Emerson, 19, of Frankfort, was issued summonses for operating without a license and attaching false plates on Averill Street in Frankfort.

    Dec. 4

    Preston Macleod, 44, of Hermon, was issued a summons for operating after suspension on Route 131 in Morrill. 

    John R. Gorham, 36, of Islesboro, was arrested for domestic violence assault and domestic violence criminal mischief on Fast Shore Road on Islesboro. 

    Dec. 5

    Jamie Kersey, 46, of Winterport, was arrested for harassment and violating a protection order on N. Main Street in Winterport. 

    Dec. 6

    Shawn Colcord, 23, of Monroe, was issued a summons for failure to register a vehicle by the current owner on Loggin Road in Frankfort.

    Jacob N. Racioppi, 23, of Belfast, was issued a summons for exceeding the speed limit by 30 mph or more on Waldo Ave. in Belfast.

    Karen K. Dyer, 41, of Lincolnville, was issued a summons for operating after suspension on Route 1 in Belfast. 

    Dec. 7

    Sean Baker, 49, of Unity, was arrested for violating a condition of release on School Street in Unity.
