    BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Department reported the following activity Nov. 19 - Dec. 8.

    An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.

    Nov. 19

    Randall I. Smith, 56, of Liberty, was arrested for unlawful possession of a scheduled drug and violating a condition of release on Ridge School Road in Liberty.

    Nov. 28

    Allen Hartley, 46, of Jackson, was arrested for disorderly conduct and criminal mischief on Hadley Mill Road in Jackson.

    Dec. 1

    Korinne Wellman, 20, of Pittsfield, was issued summonses for illegal transportation of drugs by a minor and illegal possession of liquor by a minor on Route 220 in Thorndike.

    Dec. 2

    Jeremy W. Proctor, 45, of Cushing, was issued a summons for operating under the influence on Augusta Road in Belmont.

    Ricky L. Seekins, 51, of Brooks, was issued summonses for operating after suspension, attaching false plates, and violating a condition of release on Moosehead Trail in Jackson. 

    Dec. 4

    Kyle F. Rayeski, 31, of Burnham, was issued summonses for assault and violating a condition of release on Cookson Lane in Burnham.
