BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Department reported the following activity Nov. 1-9.

An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.

Nov. 1

William E. Foster, 36, of Freedom, was issued summonses for forgery and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Main Street in Belfast.

Nov. 2

Joan Maddocks, 65, was arrested for violating a protection order on Nebraska Road in Northport. 

Nov. 3

Shane A. Milliard, 30, of Jackson, was issued a summons for operating after habitual offender revocation on Marsh Stream Road in Frankfort. 

Nov. 4

Terri Peabody, 54, of Jackson, was issued a summons for operating without a license on Route 1A in Stockton Springs.
