BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Department reported the following activity Oct. 16-24.
An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.
Oct. 17
Raymond Bowman, 55, of Washington, was issued a summons for operating after suspension on Belmont Ave in Belfast.
Oct. 19
Eric N. Littlefield, 35, of Searsport, was issued a summons for theft on Cross Road in Morrill.
Oct. 20
Brandon Heath, 32, of Stockton Springs, was issued a summons for operating with a fictitious inspection sticker on Route 1A in Frankfort.
Oct. 21
Roland Ladd, 52, of Belfast, was issued a summons for failure to give notice of an accident via the quickest means on Lang Hill Road in Brooks.
