BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Department reported the following activity Oct. 12-16.

An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.

Oct. 13

Randall M. Perkins, 55, of Bangor, was issued summonses for operating under the influence and operating without a license on Route 1 in Stockton Springs. 

Oct. 14

Roger Pelletier, 76, of Burnham, was issued a summons for criminal mischief on Pond Road in Burnham. 

Ryan W. Hamilton, 45, of Burnham, was issued summonses for leaving the scene of a property damage crash and failure to register a motor vehicle by the current owner on Winnecook Road in Burnham.
