BELFAST The Waldo County Sheriff’s Department reported the following activity July 2-16. 

An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.

July 2

Cassandra Horton, 31, of Liberty, was issued a summons for operating after suspension on Main Street in Liberty.

July 6

Robert Seger, 33, of Frankfort, was issued summonses for violating a condition of release and operating after suspension on Loggin Road in Frankfort. 

July 9

Sheri Gutierrez-Cross, 50, of Waldo, was arrested for domestic violence assault on Pine Apple Way in Waldo. 

July 11

Adam Daggett, 40, of Lincolnville, was arrested for two counts of assault, refusing to submit to arrest or detention, and violating a condition of release on Hope Road in Lincolnville. 

July 12

Jamie D. Moore, 29, of Swanville, was arrested for criminal trespass and indecent conduct on Curtis Road in Swanville.
