BELFAST — The Waldo County Sheriff’s Department reported the following activity June 7-16. 

An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.

June 7

Miralys Duperry, 21, was arrested for violating a condition of release on Searsport Ave in Belfast. 

June 8

Kristopher Johnson, 47, of Liberty, was arrested for violating a condition of release on Choate Road in Montville.

June 13

Kaylee M. York, 24, of Palermo, was issued a summons for attaching false plates on N. Palermo Road in Palermo.

Sean Floyd, 55, of Swanville, was arrested for criminal trespass on Swan Lake Ave in Swanville. 

June 14

Allison Brown, 39, of Northport, was issued a summons for criminal trespass on Rocky Road in Northport, stemming from an incident June 5.
