Belfast — The following cases were closed in Waldo County unified court Nov. 26 - Dec. 2.

Dakota Hustus, 38, of Searsport, probation violation in Belfast Feb. 23, probation partially revoked and continued, no sentence imposed. 

Riley S. Tinker, 24, of Lubec, operating under the influence in Belfast April 1, six months in jail with all but 10 days suspended, one year of administrative release, and license suspended for 150 days; driving to endanger in Belfast April 1, license suspended for 30 days and $575 fine; operating under the influence in Searsport June 25, dismissed; driving to endanger in Belfast April 1, dismissed; violating a condition of release in Searsport June 25, dismissed.
