William J. Doniel, 47, of Union, elevated aggravated assault in Rockport Oct. 2, 2024 in Rockport, dismissed; elevated aggravated assault in Rockport Oct. 2, 2024, three years in jail with all but 209 days suspended, probation two years.

Joel Harkins, 45, of Liberty, failure to comply with sex offender registry act, third offense, in Rockland Dec. 23, 2024, 364 days in jail with all but 60 days suspended, probation two years.

Aithen M. Heald, 29, of Austin, Texas, operating after registration suspended in Camden Sept. 23, 2025, $150 fine.

Anthony Hooper, 46, of Tenants Harbor, untagged lobster traps, Chapter 25, in Port Clyde Sept. 12, 2025, $1,250 fine.

Scott L. Jones, 25, of Rockland, violating condition of release in Thomaston Sept. 21, 2025, $250 fine.

Lynn Libby, 61, of Rockland, unlawful possession of scheduled drug in Rockland Aug. 2, 2025, $600 fine.
