Vote for Vicki Doudera

Wed, 10/19/2022 - 8:45pm

I am writing to support the re-election of Vicki Doudera to a third term representing House District 94 (Camden and Rockport) in the Maine Legislature.  She is a member of the important Environment and Natural Resources Committee, and we need to keep her in that important position.

Vicki has sponsored 12 bills, including one to to exempt firefighters from paying the excise tax  on the vehicles they use to respond to fire calls and another to require consideration of climate and equity impacts by the PUC.

A former innkeeper, Vicki now works as a realtor, a job she credits with honing her skills of negotiation and compromise. She is a graduate of Hamilton College.

Doudera is a past president and current board member of Midcoast Habitat For Humanity, served as an officer with the Camden Conservation Commission and is an active member of First Congregational Church of Camden.

Doudera and her husband, Ed, have three grown children, all of whom attended Camden-Rockport schools, as well as a grandson in Hope. Two of Vicki’s children are happily settled in Maine with the third in nearby Vermont.

Vote for Vicki.
