Send Sen. Curry back to Augusta so he can continue the fight for a better, more affordable Waldo County
Waldo County has been served well by State Senator Chip Curry and this November 3, I hope you’ll join me in voting to send him back to Augusta to continue being our champion.
Waldo County is a close knit community that looks out for one another and if there’s one thing about Chip, it’s that he genuinely cares about his constituents, every single one. It’s why in addition to his legislative service, he serves on the board of Waldo CAP and is a member of the Maine Fire Protection Services Commission.
Senator Curry remains laser focused on work most impactful to our community, especially when it comes to housing. Like most millennials, and like many people of all generations, I always thought home ownership was out of reach. This summer marked two years since purchasing my first home right here in Waldo County.
As Chair of the Housing Committee, Senator Curry has worked diligently to combat the housing crisis from every angle, passing more than 25 bills to do just that. Chip has worked to make home ownership possible and more affordable for everyday Mainers, has ensured the funding of housing development, and strengthened our emergency shelter system.
He knows that despite all of the legislative accomplishments over his past three terms, of which there are so many, the hard work to end this crisis continues. So neighbors, let’s send Senator Curry back to Augusta so he can continue the fight for a better, more affordable Waldo County.
