WALDOBORO — The Medomak eighth grade softball team hosted Hope-Appleton-Lincolnville for a middle school softball game Tuesday, May 3 in Waldoboro. 

The host Riverhawks collected a 9-6 victory by game’s end.

Working the pitcher’s circle for Medomak were Claudia Feeley (11 strikeouts, four walks) and Kendall Simmons (four strikeouts, four walks). 

At the plate for Medomak were Peyton Eaton (single, walk), Simmons (single), Arianna Sproul (single, walk), Feeley (single, triple, two walks), Haylee Chandler (single, two walks), Cassidy Prock (walk), Alyssa Smith (walk) and Chloe Fox (two walks). 

Runs were tallied by Feeley (three), Chandler (two), Fox (two), Sproul and Eaton.
