BRISTOL — The Medomak seventh grade softball team hit the road Tuesday, May 10 to challenge Bristol Consolidated School. 

The visiting Riverhawks returned to Waldoboro with an 11-3 victory. 

At the plate for Medomak were Grace Townsend (single, triple, three RBI), Rachel Barbour (triple, RBI), Jennika Schumann (triple, two singles, RBI), Ivy McCollett (single), Ivy Lee (walk), Lilly Hills (two walks), Ariel Castner (single) and Sidney Nicholls (single). 

Bristol’s pitcher recorded two strike outs, three walks and hit one batter.

Jennika Schumann (three strikeouts, two walks and three hit-by-pitches) and Sidney Nicholls (17 strikeouts, six walks, four hit-by-pitches) worked the pitcher’s circle for Medomak.
