Belfast Police beat
BELFAST — Belfast Police reported the following activity Oct. 19-27.
An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.
Oct. 20
Joseph Beal, 46, of Addison, was issued a summons for operating under the influence on Route 3.
Oct. 21
Shawn M. Jones, 35, of Belfast, was issued summonses for disorderly conduct, failure to comply with the sex offender registry, and violating a condition of release on Searsport Ave.
Jeffrey J. Jent, 57, of Swanville, was issued a summons for operating without a license on City Point Road.
Oct. 23
Joan K. Curtis, 61, of Belfast, was issued a summons for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Starrett Drive.
Oct. 25
Robert S. Larrabee, 44, of Belfast, was arrested for theft by receiving stolen property and criminal conspiracy.
