Belfast Police beat
BELFAST — Belfast Police reported the following activity Aug. 2-20.
An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.
Aug. 2
Corey Main, 46, of Belfast, was issued summonses for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and violating a condition of release on Starrett Drive.
Aug. 7
Brian Larrabee, 40, of Searsport, was issued summonses for criminal trespass and violating a condition of release on Main Street.
Aug. 10
Joshua R. Kimball, 23, of Belfast, was arrested for violating a condition of release on Footbridge Road. Kimball was also issued a summons Aug. 5, for violating a condition of release on High Street.
Aug. 13
Wayne Lawrence, 43, of Belfast, was arrested for domestic violence criminal threatening and unlawful possession of a schedule W drug on High Street.
