BELFAST — Belfast Police reported one traffic citation July 5-15, for an inspection sticker violation. In addition to the citation, the following activity was reported. 

An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.

July 5

Sean P. Schoonmaker, 36, of Belfast, was issued summonses for operating with suspended registration and operating with an expired license over 90 days on High Street. 

July 7

Joshua R. Kimball, 23, of Belfast, was issued a summons for criminal trespass on Front Street. 

July 8

James S. Ritter, 18, of Northport, was issued a summons for illegal transportation of liquor by a minor on High Street. 

July 9

Jennifer A. Rheiner, 47, of Augusta, was arrested for criminal trespass and violating a condition of release on Northport Ave. 

July 10

Corey A. Gould, 22, of Winterport, was arrested for violating a condition of release on Waldo Ave. 

July 11

Robert C. Sprague, 47, of Searsport, was arrested for violating a protection from abuse order on Chickadee Circle.
