Belfast Police beat
BELFAST — Belfast Police reported four traffic infractions June 30 - July 10, with one citation issued for each of the following reasons, unnecessary acceleration, failure to register a vehicle, an inspection sticker violation, and excessive exhaust noise. In addition to the four traffic infractions, the following activity was reported.
An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.
June 30
Gabrielle Currier, 26, of Belmont, was issued a summons for operating an unregistered vehicle on Route 1.
July 1
Krysta-Sky M. Sweetland, 23, of Belfast, was issued summonses for operating without a license and displaying a fictitious sticker on Waldo Ave.
July 2
Robert Debeck, 22, of Belfast, was arrested for operating without a license and failure to stop on Pierce Street.
July 3
Cameron A. Trott, 28, of Belfast, was arrested for operating under the influence on High Street.
