Belfast Police beat
BELFAST — Belfast Police reported five traffic infractions June 23-30, with two issued for failure to register a vehicle, one issued for a seatbelt violation, and two citations issued for speeding. In addition to the five traffic citations, the following activity June 23-30.
An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.
June 23
Devon Jordan, 31, of Belfast, was issued a summons for violating a condition of release on Starrett Drive.
June 25
Randolph Smart, 42, of Lincoln, was issued a summons for violating a condition of release on Belmont Ave.
June 28
Samuel R. Grant, 25, of Windsor, was issued a summons for unlawful possession of cocaine on Route 3.
