Belfast Police beat

    BELFAST — Belfast Police reported the following activity May 10-31.

    An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.

    May 10

    Raymond Pomeroy, 36, of Stockton Springs, was issued summonses for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and operating after suspension on Northport Ave. 

    May 22

    Benjamin Staples, 29, of Belfast, was issued summonses for theft and domestic violence criminal mischief on Mason Pond Circle. 

    May 25

    Rio Dubois, 18, of Islesboro, was issued a summons for theft on Starrett Drive. 

    Jeremy Greatorex, 45, of Swanville, was issued summonses for violating a condition of release and possession of a schedule W drug on City Point Road. 

    May 27

    Joshua R. Kimball, 23, of Gray, was arrested for failure to appear. 

    May 28

    Donovan O. Conary, 24, of Belfast, was arrested for disorderly conduct on Piper Stream Lane.

    May 29

    William S. Hollyday, 30, of Bath, was arrested for violating a condition of release and operating under the influence on Shepard Road.
