BELFAST — Belfast Police reported one traffic infraction May 13-28 for an inspection sticker violation. In addition to the single citation, the following activity was reported.
An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles aged 17-or-younger are not named.
May 13
Roger Tripp, 50, of Frankfort, was issued a summons for operating after suspension on High Street.
May 17
Joshua Solebello, 41, of Belfast, was issued a summons for operating under the influence on Route 3 in Belfast.
May 19
Nicole L. Taylor, 39, of Oakland, was issued summonses for illegal possession of a schedule W drug and violating a condition of release on Market Street.
May 20
Phillip L. Gardiner, 34, of Knox, was issued a summons for operating after suspension on Lincolnville Ave.
May 22
Claude R. Miller, 64, of Liberty, was arrested for operating under the influence on High Street.
Devon Jordan, 31, of Belfast, was issued summonses for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and violating a condition of release on Main Street.
