Belfast Police beat
BELFAST — Belfast Police reported the following activity April 23-30.
An arrest or summons does not constitute a conviction, and those charged are considered innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Juveniles age 17-or-younger are not named.
April 15
Chad I. Nickerson, 42, of Monhegan Island, was issued a summons for operating after suspension on Main Street.
Zachary B. Lear, 22, of Belfast, was issued summonses for violating a condition of release and operating after suspension on Belmont Ave.
April 16
Mary M. Sczepanack, 43, of Belfast, was issued a summons for false public alarm or notice on School Street.
April 19
Amanda S. Dunham, 32, of Belfast, was issued a summons for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Starrett Drive.
April 22
Jacob S. Aitken, 26, of Monroe, was issued a summons for operating after suspension on Ryan Road. Aitken was also issued a citation for failure to provide proof of insurance.
Robert Vellaro, 44, of Belmont, was issued a summons for violating a condition of release on Lincolnville Ave.
April 24
Jessica Kelley, 30, of Lincolnville, was issued a summons for operating after suspension on Main Street.
April 25
Alfred Scheffler, 34, of Jefferson, was issued a summons for domestic violence criminal mischief on Waterville Road.
Sidney Harris, 36, of Belfast, was issued summonses for violating a condition of release and criminal trespass on Searsport Ave.
