The next generation of the Hilton family is continuing a proud tradition of community support with a $15,000 donation to MaineHealth Waldoboro, honoring the late Brenda Hilton’s years of volunteer service at LincolnHealth.
The new ownership group—now leading three well-known family businesses, including Cheney Insurance, Newcastle Realty, and Newcastle Vacation Rentals—made the contribution in recognition of Brenda Hilton’s dedication as a hospital volunteer during her retirement.
Brenda Hilton was known for her warm spirit, tireless service, and unwavering belief in giving back to the community she loved. This gift reflects not only her legacy, but also the Hilton family’s ongoing commitment to supporting local healthcare and the people of Lincoln County.
The check presentation was made on August 13, 2025. Pictured at the event were Jessica Hilton, Nathan Hilton, Cindy Wade (President of LincolnHealth), Chris Hilton, and Hannah Hilton (Chief Operating Officer for the Cheney Financial Group).
